HOT LIPZ Jr. (12 - 20 inches in length)
The Hot Lipz Jr. belt sealer is a hand held version of our Hot Lipz industrial sized belt sealer. This Jr. sized machine has the following advantages:
- Minimizes downtime losses due to belt failures
- Saves plant downtime labor
- Simplifies spot repairs of belting damage
- Saves belting from being replaced
- Joins Teflon®, coated fiberglass sheet material and conveyor belts.

- Rugged, 120 volt design, utilizes no more than 120 volt circuit, 15 amp receptacle
- Accurate, adjustable temperature (P.I.D.) controls
- Heats to a range of 70° to 700°F ± 2°
- Includes steel case, leather gloves, spatula, 100’ X 4” Teflon® adhesive strip, insulated backer and instructions
- Belt can frequently be repaired in place

The Hot Lipz belt sealer is for large belt sealing projects and repairs. This full sized machine has the following advantages:

- Can keep the line moving while you wait for new belting to be delivered.

- Heats to a range of 70° to 700°F ± 2°
- Includes shipping case, leather gloves, spatula, 100’ X 4” Teflon® adhesive strip, belt holding clamps and instructions
- Excellent for microwavable belts
